Pair of Large Armchairs in Biedermeier Style, Early 20th Century

These are statement chairs, impressive enough that I deviated from my usual Art Nouveau sympathies. Perfect for asserting authority over the salon but not so precious your lap dog/hound can’t co-reign in the matching chair.

Pair of large bergères / armchairs in Biedermeier style with faux-Marquetry. Cherry- veneered hardwood frame.  Curved legs sweep up to defined and padded arm-rests and a relatively modest back.

Striped Upholstery in good condition.
